You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. After this period, refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
To request a refund, email us at support@preptuner.com with your registered email address, payment receipt/transaction ID, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time to receive funds depends on your payment provider and bank.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is provided for the remaining period.
If you signed up for a free trial and it converted to a paid subscription, you may request a refund within 3 days of the first charge if you forgot to cancel before the trial ended.
Purchases made with significant discounts (more than 50% off) or during special promotional periods may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
If your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.
If you have a payment dispute, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
