Our commitment
PrepTuner aims to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for core student flows: authentication, study plan, current affairs, settings, and dashboard navigation.
Measures we take
We use semantic HTML landmarks, keyboard-focusable controls, sufficient color contrast on primary UI, form labels, skip-to-content links, and automated axe scans on key public pages in CI.
Known limitations
Some marketing animations, third-party PDF viewers, and legacy icon-only controls are still being improved. Complex data visualizations may require additional screen-reader descriptions.
Assistive technology support
We test with keyboard-only navigation and recommend recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge with NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver. If a feature is unusable with your setup, tell us — we treat accessibility bugs as product defects.
Feedback and remediation
Email support@preptuner.com with the page URL, what you tried to do, and your browser or assistive technology. We aim to respond within five business days and ship fixes on a best-effort priority basis.
